This itinerary takes in the classic destinations that are synonymous with Rajasthan, it’s legendary destinations of Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. However, we then take you beyond, into the countryside to witness the charms of rural Rajasthan, its villages and people, stay in charming boutique hotels, converted from forts and summer homes and luxurious tented camps and be hosted by the people who’s families have been here for centuries. We also take you on a journey to discover India’s wildlife, its tigers in Ranthambhore and the leopard in the spectacularly beautiful region of Jawai.

Day 01 | Arrive in to Delhi where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. | Delhi |
Day 02 | Transfer to Ranthambore National Park. Evening at leisure. | Ranthambore |
Day 03 | Morning and afternoon safaris into the park in search of tiger. | Ranthambore |
Day 04 | Morning safari into the park then transfer by car to Ramathra Fort in the heart of the countryside. Afternoon to explore the surroundings. | Ramathra Fort |
Day 05 | Try one (or two!) of the optional activities, a walk to the village, a trek, boat ride or jeep safari. Alternatively, relax with a great view and a good book. | Ramathra Fort |
Day 06 | Transfer by road to Jaipur. In the afternoon, visit the City Palace and then the Amber Fort by night, when it is spectacularly lit! | Jaipur |
Day 07 | Visit the City Palace, The Observatory and the Palace of Winds. In the evening take a walking tour of the old city, discovering it’s bazaars and street food. | Jaipur |
Day 08 | Transfer by road to Chhatra Sagar, a beautiful tented camp situated on a rural dam wall, overlooking the dam and countryside beyond. Rest of the day at leisure. | Nimaj |
Day 09 | Enjoy some of the local activities, explore the village, take a bird walk, relax and chat with your hosts. This is a great opportunity to witness rural India in the style and comfort of a luxury tented camp. | Nimaj |
Day 10 | After a leisurely morning, transfer by road to Jodhpur. Rest of the day at leisure. | Jodhpur |
Day 11 | Explore the famous Blue City, its incredible Meherangarh Fort, the Clock Tower Market and the cenotaphs. | Jodhpur |
Day 12 | Transfer by road to Jawai, one of the most underexplored and yet spectacular regions of Rajasthan. In the evening, head out on leopard safari. | Jawai |
Day 13 | Morning and evening jeep safaris in search of leopard and other local wildlife. | Jawai |
Day 14 | Transfer by road to Udaipur, on the way, you may wish to stop off at the famous, marble, Ranakpur Jain Temples. On arrival at Udaipur, check into your hotel and then proceed for a sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola. | Udaipur |
Day 15 | In the morning, take a guided walking tour of the old city. In the afternoon, explore the city palace complex. | Udaipur |
